HOW-TO: MENDING A TUBE
Here we explain how to repair a defective inner tube step by step with the REVOLOOP.repair kit. Please always remember not to inflate the inner tube outside the tire above 0.5 bar (better still below 0.3 bar).
STEP 1:
Removing and opening tires
STEP 2:
Remove tube
STEP 3:
Find the defective area (marked red in the image)
STEP 4:
The REVOLOOP.repair kit is equally suitable for all our products
STEP 5:
Remove cleaning cloth containing alcohol
STEP 6:
Thoroughly clean the area around the defective area
STEP 7:
Allow the alcohol to evaporate completely and then carefully remove the patch from the backing
STEP 8:
Stick the patch onto the defective area and press firmly into place
STEP 9:
Make sure there are no air bubbles or creases under the patch
